How the process works

2) We carry out the inspection

We attend site, complete the inspection and testing, and record findings in plain English (no vague rubbish).

3) You receive the report and next steps

If the outcome is unsatisfactory, we’ll provide a clear breakdown of remedial works needed to achieve a satisfactory result. No surprise add-ons.

4) Remedial works completed (if required)

Once approved, we carry out the remedial work, then issue the relevant paperwork to close it off.

A lot of contractors will happily produce an unsatisfactory report and disappear. We don’t work like that. If faults are found, we can complete the remedial work quickly and properly, so the property can move forward.
